SOURCING AND RECRUITING
The Process of Sourcing and Recruiting your new team member is accomplished, with an emphasis on behavioural testing. Our rigorous Recruitment plans ensure that we receive and present applicant of the highest standard to further improve your onshore team.

ON-BOARDING OF TEAM MEMBERS
Once a candidate introductions have been finalised, your Team Members will be formally inducted to all Origo security, HR and client policy procedures. Working with your Client Success Officer, your Team Members will quickly become familiarised with all the rollout and training plans as well as assisting in the creation of ongoing workflows.

APPLY ADAPT FRAMEWORK
Origo will work with you to monitor and review your team member’s work
objectives and overall contribution to your business against our unique ADAPT framework.
This is a continuous process of setting objectives, assessing progress and providing ongoing coaching and feedback. This ensures your team members are consistently meeting their objections and strengthening your business.
